When bookings are received through the Open Door Service, you’re automatically provided with full details of who’s made the booking, what time they plan to arrive and leave, and any requirements they have while they’re with you. It couldn’t be simpler.

The Open Door Service increases the chance of being able to Fill Your Space as you can respond to enquiries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From our experience many people tend to look for venues in the evenings and at weekends, outside of their core work hours, so the Open Door Service responds perfectly to this consumer behaviour.

Through the Open Door Service you can be assured of getting paid. Payment is taken in advance to secure every booking, and if payment isn’t received within half an hour of the booking being made, the time slot is released for other customers to book.

You will also save you valuable time in your business, as no more invoicing and payment collection will be required at your end. You can also be assured of staying in control; a record of transactions can be viewed in your online account at any time, and once bookings are complete we’ll make payments to you on a scheduled basis.
