The conference room has a spacious and light feel to it, with separate tables which can be adapted to provide a variety of flexible layouts.  With a choice of comfortable break-out areas outside of the main room you would be happy to spend the day here.

The video conferencing facility, screen, whiteboard, use of presentation equipment and free WiFi or internet access are all included in the room hire charge, making this a cost-effective option for meetings, presentations or training, and its free parking, lift to the first floor and wheelchair access make it highly accessible too.

Springboard Business Centre aims to provide a space where innovation, ideas and growth are able to flourish. 

The design for this great place emerged through a design competition, and following its ultimate commissioning it now stands proud as a modern and eco-friendly venue. On arrival in the building we were immediately drawn to the open-plan communal ground floor area, with its relaxed seating and space to informally meet. Our gaze was then drawn upwards to take in the stunning light and view of the first floor area. The building has an eco-system in place providing recycled water, and through clever use of building materials the environment here is comfortable, with a naturally-maintained temperature no matter the weather. 

Springboard Business Centre is conveniently located just off the A19, within easy distance of Middlesbrough, Stockton, Darlington, Tees Valley and North Yorkshire.  With 20 rooms and long and short term tenants, this is a desirable place to work or meet. The welcoming centre staff are flexible and will try and find a way to accommodate all users of the space; whether an early start is required or alternative room layouts are needed just ask!
