Get back to nature only 20 minutes from Gateshead and less than half an hour from Durham City and Newcastle.
For hire 7 days a week with extended opening hours from 7 am until 9 pm Monday to Friday.
This is an impressive yet affordable option if you need a modern, well equipped venue. The space can flex and grow to suit your requirements up to 100 people, and for mid-sized groups the room can be easily divided into two.

The Venue
The Greenhouse, managed by Charity Groundwork North East, was built as Durham's first commercial eco building.
As well as being an environmentally sustainable building, the surroundings and general environment defy its location on a modern business park.
A natural lake in front of the building has attracted significant local wildlife, not least a growing population of ducks!
Facilities here include offices to rent, meeting and conference facilities and a cafe.
