Whether you're looking for a venue for an all-day board meeting, training course or away day, or you simply need somewhere convenient for interviews for a couple of hours, this is your place.  At only £80 for a full day or £50 for a half day, the quality of the facility defies the price (hourly rate also available - just ask!).

The boardroom is equipped with everything you need, and is located close to reception for easy access.  Your visitors can be offered light refreshments and drinks or a full catering service.

This purpose-built fully managed business centre opened in 2012.  The building has been built to the highest spec, whilst still making it an affordable option for local businesses and organisations of all types, large and small.  It's location is ideal for easy access to the A19, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and all surrounding areas, and its free parking is an extra bonus.

One Trinity Green was developed in partnership by South Tyneside Council and Groundwork South Tyneside and Newcastle, benefiting from £2,466,500 of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), managed by the Department for Communities and Local Government.

The building has received awards for its environmentally sustainable design and fit, including a Five Star 'Outstanding' rating from the Building Research Establishment (BRE).  

One Trinity Green, its facilities and services for business are managed by Groundwork South Tyneside and Newcastle;  the organisation which also manages The Beacon business centre in Newcastle.
