You can use this bright atrium as work or meeting space FREE of charge (please buy a coffee or two in the cafe to be polite!)

The North East Business and Innovation Centre (BIC) really does have just about everything a business could need.
The BIC in Sunderland has office space for rent, meeting rooms for hire, IT training facilities, a free business lounge with WiFi and cafe, and access to a wide range of business services.
There's also a virtual office service including mailing address and telephone service if you need it if you've opted to work at home.
This venue successfully combines corporate with contemporary, and the in-house cafe, ample free parking, and open access wi-fi make this a really easy place to use.
Situated within a few minutes from the A19 and 10 minutes from the A1, the North East BIC is also easily accessible from Newcastle, Tyneside and Durham.
